The website I have chosen is Wikipedia. the link is Wikipedia. I like this site because it covers a variety of information and is easy to navigate. I highly recommend this site to everyone.

A social network that I use often is CNET. The link to the website is CNET. I use this site often when I want reviews on different electronics I am looking to buy. I looked here before I bought my cell phone and my laptop. I find their reviews to be very helpful. The site also provides news on new products and electronics information, downloads, user blogs, tips and tricks on using certain software and electronics, top products of the moment, and a lot more that I haven't utilized. My favorite aspect is CNET video. Some proucts have videos you can watch where experts show the product and give comments. The information and reviews provided come from experts, though the blogs and comments can be posted by non-experts. The information is useful because it is delivered in a very professional manner making it seem very trustworthy. And the website is organized very well and only deals with electronics so it is not overwhelming.

A competing website that I rarely use is Epinions. The link to this website is Epinions. One way this website is superior to CNET is the fact that it covers a larger variety of appliances. It not only reviews electronics, but toys, gifts, movies, household appliances, and much more.

The two companies I chose for HW4 were American Express and AmerisourceBergen. I chose American Express because it is a very popular company and I figured since it is a credit card company it would easily be connected to many other companies. I chose AmerisourceBergen randomly. The path connecting them is easy to follow. There are three people and two companies between the two. I used Edward E. Hagenlocke as my X because he has the most connections. And I think it is a small world network...I think.

Catch a Fire

So I am so excited to be going to the Paul Simon concert as well as the Bob Dylan/Raconteurs concerts coming the Agganis Arena. I'm really surprised about the music coming to BU this year. Especially compared to last year. NO ONE good came last year, at least not anyone that I like. I mean I saw Matisyahu, Bad Fish, and Electric Six but none of them were at BU. This year I get to see the most legendary musicians ever and they are playing literally down the street from my apartment.
So far this year my three friends and I have seen Ben Harper/ Damian Marley, which was amazing. If anyone hasn't listened to Damian Marley you really should. Nothing like his dad of course, but still very good. Some of the marley clan has really been doing some amazing things. Stephen, Damian, and Ziggy are all doing well as musicians/producers and Cedella has an amazing clothing line that has really taken off called Catch a Fire. I have been wearing CAF for almost 5 years now. Some of the stuff is a little out there but the t-shirt designs are amazing. I haven't shopped there in about a year though because I found that they quality of her clothing is not very good and it is pretty expensive.

So I just moved into my first apartment last weekend with my two best friends: Kaitlyn and Safeeya. We didn't really like the apartment when we looked at it but it is a good location and we were desperate and the landlord promised to fix it up for us. August 31st we come to see the apartment. There is an inch of dust and dirt covering the ground, the walls are falling apart and scuffed up, and the ony thing the landlord fixed was the porch, which before was at a 45 degree angle downward so I'm glad at least that was fixed. However, after making our realtor pay $250 for a cleaning service and my OCD mom cleaning for four hours the place didn't look too bad. The landlord came in and painted a few walls and my dad painted mine and the place wasn't too bad; minus the neighbors downstairs who constantly play "Save A Horse, Ride a Cowboy" and the constant smell of trash otuside. The apartment still has its problems, but what doesn't?
